I want to express my gratitude for bringing these matters to our attention less than 48 hours ago. I am the CEO of＠＠＠＠＠＠＠＠Inc. (USA), a registered U.S. corporation in the State of ＠＠＠＠＠＠＠＠, I take your concerns very seriously.

In your first correspondences you asked about the employment status of several individuals, including ＠＠＠＠＠＠　＠＠＠＠＠＠＠＠＠, to which I briefly responded that “＠＠＠＠＠＠is legitimate as our entities are related.” I was merely stating that ＠＠＠＠＠＠＠＠＠is a real individual. I want to clarify that ＠＠＠＠＠＠　＠＠＠＠＠＠＠＠＠is not an employee of ＠＠＠＠＠＠＠Inc. (USA) and has not been authorized to solicit investment funds on our behalf.

I want to state unequivocally that ＠＠＠＠＠＠＠Inc. (USA) is not currently involved in any external fundraising and our U.S. company was unaware of the activities and representations that you have stated in your emails.

If you have any further details or information that may assist us, including who attended the “investor presentation” and any materials or documents shared during this presentation please do not hesitate to share with me directly. Has anyone you are aware of invested into this situation?
