Hello, my name is Snow drop.
 I was sexually abused since childhood,　
and this video tells my journey and eventual encounter with a dance called 
"Break the Chain," which led to
my strength and ability to rise up again.

This was filmed on the tenth anniversary of my escape from my predators. 
Because of the severity of my situation,
when others hear about it, they react in disbelief and label me as a liar.
And I realized that it is natural for people
to have a hard time believing that anything other than their own experiences are true.
I wanted to rewrite my memory, to live up to my own expectations.
Yet, the facts that happened to me were standing as an unsurpassable wall called "aftereffects," making it difficult for me to go on living. 
　But I have a strong desire to deliver my message to those of you who don't know where to go for consultation,
to those of you who don’t have a support network,
to those of you who have been forgotten, and to those of you who are living in solitude and despair. 
　Just as there was for me, there is always someone who cares about you and understands your suffering in the world you have yet to meet. 

I will continue to dance "Break the Chain" with a smile, hoping that one day I will be able to dance and Rise with the you who has survived. 
Because I love you! Because we can dream!
