Has anyone felt stress once a time in life?
Wouldn't there nobody feel it? So do I.
I'm feeling stressed in changing environment.
The stress makes me a lot of strokes to me.
For instance, there were some urticaria for the entire body and a muscle around the mouth had been paralysed at midnight. Because of the stress.
I suffered a lot of itching and some stroke.
The stress evoked some strokes to me.
However, How can I have prevention in advance?
Could I prevent for know to occur some strokes?
Could I prevent of know how to way handle stress?
It can be said that there were both possible.
It is not important that turn back to my past.
It is important that think of the future about how to handle stress.
I deem that is an effective way to handle stress.
It recovers my stamina and gets rid of my fatigue. and also feeding some nutrients is so significant.
Knowing how to handle them is that we can avoid stress.
To face stress is that our way is on the track.
We don't need to take care of them from now.
The factor of stress is been throughout where we go.
It would make us suffocate sometimes. but we already know how to face it.
Let's tailor stress for our life and greet to stress.
Let's frighten stress with our power.
So we can restore our life gradually.
