The speaker's name is Sayato Nakata. He wants to establish a proud club. He management the tame. After graduating from Ritsumeikan University, he went to Hitotsubashi University School. During his four years in Tokyo he changed his career direction from business management to sports management. Then he go back to Kyoto, and work in the Ocacias Kyoto AC. He works in SPORTS X. Why they are doing the football sports. Their target are a future where professional sports clubs become regional hubs and social infrastructure. They associate education, people, network and community. It is matured and realize growth both in business and football. Ocacias Kyoto AC are helping and contribute on a lot of things. For instants, retirement home, high school or cram school and global activities and career after retirement. He had a problem, which why is there such a big gap between rich and poor. He wanted to know the real reason why it happened. And, He wanted to find solution. Actually, the speaker was a girl. He loved football when she was a girl. He is really very brave to pursue what he thinks is the right path. I think this lecture is very powerful. The speaker used his own experience to tell us to dare to ask for the life we want. He not only changed himself, but also helped more people like him through his studies, activities and community. And pursue a career related to football that he love. I think it's really cool.
