Misunderstanding "the true meaning of happiness" or believing in someone's lies can be distressing. "If you put up with it, you can avoid hurting anyone." That's a lie. Happiness is not something you make at the expense of someone. The truth is that you want to serve as your own joy. The courage to endure suffering may be the real love. Only then will the feelings of happiness and joy overflow. The moment when someone's happiness becomes their own happiness. The moment when you are surrounded by light and warmth. Because no one "including you" should be sacrificed. May everyone be happy with each other.
