【スタッフインタビュー Vol.2】

おはようございます🌾
ホステル「 UNPLAN Kagurazaka」と併設カフェ「Gather by UNPLAN」を代表する2人に、
それぞれの魅力について語っていただくシリーズの第2回目です。

【2人のご紹介】

左：KEIKO
Gather by UNPLAN Manager、カフェ勤務・海外留学経験あり

右：ERISA
UNPLAN Kagurazaka Manager、海外大学卒業

－スタッフの雰囲気について教えてください。

KEIKO
「私は、個性を出しながら働けることを大切にしているので、スタッフのみんなにも、『それぞれの個性を出して自由に取り組んで』とお任せしています。
一人ひとりが自分らしさを発揮して、みんなでお店の雰囲気を作り上げていってほしいと思っています。
しかもここはワンオペ体制で、それぞれがリーダー意識を持っている必要があるので、責任感を持ってお店に立ってもらっています。いつもみんなに感謝しています。」

ERISA
「みんな個性豊かでのびのびしていて元気だけど、神楽坂の落ち着いた雰囲気もあわせ持っているという印象がありますね。 」

－最後に、お客様に向けてメッセージをお願いします。

KEIKO
「スタッフはみんなフレンドリーなので、気軽に話しかけて大丈夫ですよ。これからの季節は、テラス席で過ごしていただくのもおすすめです。朝、昼、夜、時間帯ごとに、それぞれ違った雰囲気を楽しんでいただけると思います。」

ERISA
「リピーターさんも何人かいらして、『また戻ってきたい』と思えるホステルにしていきたいと思っているので、 頑張ります！初めての方も、ぜひ1度はいらしみてくださいね。 住宅街のなかにあるホステルは珍しいと思いますし、神楽坂という街の魅力も味わいにUNPLAN Kagurazakaに泊まりに来ていただけたら嬉しいです。」

【Staff Interview Vol.2】

Good morning 🌾
This is the second installment of a series where two representatives from Hostel UNPLAN Kagurazaka and its accompanying cafe, Gather by UNPLAN, share about their personal appeal.

【Introduction of the two members】

Left: KEIKO
Gather by UNPLAN Manager, has experience working at cafe and studying abroad.

Right: ERISA
UNPLAN Kagurazaka Manager, graduated from an overseas university.

-Please tell us about the staff atmosphere.

KEIKO:
I value that I can work expressing my individuality, so I entrust all of the staff to 'work freely by bringing out their own individuality.' I hope that each person will display their uniqueness and create the atmosphere of the shop together. Moreover, this place operates with a one-person working system, so each person must have a sense of leadership and responsibility while working at the shop. I am always grateful to the team.

ERISA:
The staff atmosphere is full of personality, everyone is lively and relaxed, and there is an impression that they have a calm atmosphere of Kagurazaka.

-Finally, please leave a message for the customers.

KEIKO:
All the staff members are friendly, so feel free to talk to them. During this time of the season, we recommend spending time on the terrace. We hope you can enjoy the different atmosphere during different times of the day, such as morning, noon, and night.

ERISA:
Since some repeat customers say, ‘I want to come back again,’ we would like to make a hostel that is close to their hearts. For those who visit for the first time, please come and stay at UNPLAN Kagurazaka to experience the charm of the city. It is rare to find a hostel in a residential area, and we are happy if you can enjoy the appeal of Kagurazaka by staying at UNPLAN Kagurazaka.
