前奏を八呼間聞く
１，右足から三歩進みながら
両手首を手前にクルクルと三回巻き上げ
左足を添え上げる（♪巻いて、巻いて、巻いて、止めて！）
両手を頭上で左へ振りながら左足踏んで右スタンプ
右へ振りながら右足踏んで左スタンプ（♪ひだり、みーぎ！）
同じ動作の逆バージョンを左足から行う
（♪巻いて、巻いて、巻いて、止めて！みーぎ、ひだり！）
２，両手を胸前から水平開きをして
右足を横に踏み出し
左足を揃えながらスタンプ
両手を右ほほで合わせる（♪ひーらいて、みぎほほ！）
反対に逆バージョンを行う（♪ひーらいて、ひだりほほ！）
３，右手を受けだしながら右足から三歩で円の外を向く（♪右側ぐるー！）
左手受けだしながら左足から三歩で円心を向く（♪左側ぐるー！）
４，円心に向かい右足をグッと踏み込みながら両手を手前に
巻き、パン！（♪ぐるぐるぐるー、パン！）
左足で踏み込んで逆動作、パン！（♪ひだりがわもー、パン！）
５，円心に向かって両手を受けだしながら

右足二回蹴りだし、両手同じ動作で左足二回蹴りだす
