ネコチャン絵文字の利用に関するおやくそくなど

この絵文字パックは誰でも自由にインストールして使っていただけます。
個人で使っても、仕事場で使っても大丈夫です。
ただ、以下にちょっとだけお願いがあります。
このおやくそくは、ネコチャンを使う全世界のみなさんが対象です。

1. 禁止なこと

悪いことや、社会のルールに反する使い方はやめてね

ネコちゃん絵文字を、反社会的な活動や、法律に反することには絶対に使わないでください。ネコちゃんはみんなを幸せにするためにいます。

みんなが嫌な気持ちになる使い方はダメです

攻撃的だったり、誰かを差別したり、エッチだったり、過激だったりと、みんなが不快に感じるような悪い目的で使うのは、ダメです。

自分のものとして売ったりしちゃダメです

ネコちゃん絵文字で、自分の商品（Tシャツ、マグカップ、ステッカーなど）やコンテンツを作って売ったり、他の人に配ったりするのはダメです。

LINEクリエイターズスタンプなどのデジタルコンテンツや広告バナー、SNSキャンペーン、ウェブサイトの商業プロモーションなどに使う場合も、同じです。有料アプリや有料サービスにおけるネコチャン絵文字の組み込みもダメです。

利益を伴わない非営利目的での利用は基本的に問題ないです。
ライセンス契約などは今のところ考えていません。

その他作者がNGと判断した場合は利用できません

ネコチャン絵文字の権利は、作者のしかまつにあります。
しかまつが、「うーむ…これはちょっと…」と思った使い方はごめんなさい。ネコチャンのご利用をやめていただくことがあるかもしれません。
(基本的にしてほしくないこと、を守ってもらえればそのようなことにはならないかと思います。）

2. アレンジについて

この絵文字パック内のネコチャンファイル名は自由にいじってもらって大丈夫です。
ネコチャンのイラスト自体に手を加えたいときや、ネコチャンの絵文字を使って何かしたいときは、しかまつに相談してください。
※本業のお仕事があるので動きはあまり早くありません。ごめんなさい。余裕を持ってご相談ください🙏

3. クレジット・著作権表示

「しかまつ」という人間が作ったことの表示、最新ファイルの配布場所(note)や、このおやくそくページを利用するみんなが知れる場所に置いてください。
大きさや表示方法はお任せします。

4. 免責事項

ネコチャン絵文字を使っているときや、ネコチャン絵文字をアレンジしたもので、何か他の人とのトラブルなどが起きても、しかまつは責任が取れませんし、お手伝いもできないです。

また、ネコチャン絵文字が特定の環境や用途に適合することも保証はしません。提供された絵文字の継続的なサポートや更新も保証しません。

みんなで注意しながら、楽しく使ってくださいね。
ネコチャンも、みんなが安全に楽しく使ってくれると嬉しいです！

5. おやくそくを破ってしまったら

もし、おやくそくを破ってしまったら...ネコチャンを使うことをやめてもらうかもしれません。
また、トラブルﾆｬについては手に負えないことがおきたら法律の専門家にご相談します。

Q: ネコチャンのファンアートは描いてもOKですか？

A: ファンアート描いてもらえるのうれしいです。描いてSNS等投稿してもらって大丈夫です。
ただ、しかまつ家のネコチャンであることを描いてもらえるとうれしいです。

Q:  社内のスライドにネコチャンを利用したいです

A: どうぞ！Googleスライドであれば動くネコチャンはそのままうごきますよ。
スライドを社外やブログなどで公開される際には、しかまつの名前と、絵文字配布先noteのURLを添えていただけるととてもうれしいです。
また、高解像度のネコチャンが必要なときは有償ですがお受けできますのでご相談ください。

Guidelines for Using Cat Emojis

This emoji pack is free for everyone to install and use, whether for personal or professional purposes. However, there are a few guidelines we'd like you to follow. These rules apply to all users of NekoChan worldwide.

1. Prohibited Uses

No Illegal or Harmful Activities

NekoChan emojis must not be used for any antisocial or illegal activities. NekoChan exists to bring happiness to everyone.

No Offensive or Harmful Usage

Do not use the emojis in ways that could make others uncomfortable, including aggressive, discriminatory, sexually suggestive, or extreme content.

No Commercial Resale

You may not create and sell products (T-shirts, mugs, stickers, etc.) or content featuring NekoChan emojis. This includes digital content like LINE creator stickers, advertising banners, social media campaigns, commercial website promotions, or incorporation into paid apps or services. Non-profit use is generally acceptable. We are not currently offering licensing agreements.

Other Restrictions

The rights to NekoChan emojis belong to Shikamatsu. If Shikamatsu determines any use to be inappropriate, you may be asked to cease using NekoChan emojis. (Following the basic guidelines should prevent this from happening.)

2. Modifications

You may freely modify the filenames of NekoChan emojis in this pack. If you wish to modify the illustrations themselves or create derivative works, please consult with Shikamatsu first. Note: Due to regular work commitments, response times may be slow, so please plan accordingly.

3. Credit and Copyright

Please include attribution to "Shikamatsu" as the creator, along with links to the latest file distribution location (note) and these guidelines in a place visible to users. The size and format of the attribution are flexible.

4. Disclaimer

Shikamatsu cannot assume responsibility or provide assistance for any disputes arising from the use or modification of NekoChan emojis. We also cannot guarantee that NekoChan emojis will be suitable for specific environments or purposes, nor can we guarantee continued support or updates.

5. Violation of Guidelines

If these guidelines are violated, you may be asked to cease using NekoChan emojis. For serious issues beyond our handling capacity, we will consult legal professionals.
