社会にはさまざまな問題があるが、最も関心を持っているのは、メディアリテラシーである。
There are different problems in our society we live in.
Carbon dioxide emissions, an aging society and food crisis are proper examples.
And what interests me most is media literacy.

Several mass media present us with much information every day, some of which is far from the truth.

Our actions could depend on wrong information.
This requires us to have skills to judge whether one information is beneficial or harmful.
この判断は自分が行わなくてはならない。
We must do it for ourselves.

And yet, this information has been proved to be far from what is true.
That was a kind of fake news.

Many voters was deceived by mass media.
この事件があって、私はマスメディアの流す報道が必ずしも真実ではないということを経験した。
This incident made me experience the fact that mass media doesn’t always present us with the truth.
私は、全ての人間がメディアリテラシーを身につけられるよう、教育が責任を持つべきだと提案したい。
Schools are responsible for the right education that all citizens can gain media literacy, I’d like to suggest.
