First programming contest!

Introduce

I recently participated in programming contest, and I'm excited to share my experience with you.
Our team, who participated in the contest , are still novices in computer science. So, We named our team "novice".

How to created?

１Day (9/7)

The programming contest theme for this year was "Star".
We decide to create a planetarium but we are not familiar with the universe.
I went to the school library to borrow some books.
The foundation of the planetarium and its orbital movements are competed.

2Day (9/8)

I was in charge of the illustrations for the picture book.
I spent the entire day creating illustrations and designing the title image.
Meanwhile, other team members were hard at work implementing constellations to populate our virtual sky.

3Day (9/9)

We encountered a large problem this sky.
Somehow, We couldn't display the constellations. It was a perplexing problem that required all of our collective problem-solving skills.
After that, we changed the plan. We created 2D game.
Our aim was to keep a view of the world in this game.

4Day (9/10)

We made a presentation to our sponsoring companies and judges.
It was very challenging for us, but it was a good experience.
During the closing ceremony, we received two prizes!

Review and Reflections

I had great time during these days.
If I have the opportunity to participate in another programming contest, I want to write the source code simpler and more effectively.

I appreciate team members efforts and the great teamwork we had throughout this project !!!
