Boshuya Soba Restaurant, located in Sakura City, is a popular soba restaurant serving handmade soba noodles made with the utmost care. Using carefully selected domestic buckwheat flour, the soba noodles are carefully prepared by craftsmen and have a wonderful aroma and excellent thirst-quenching properties.
The restaurant also offers a wide selection of local sake and tea to enjoy with your soba.
The photo below is the Tororo soba I ordered when I visited the restaurant. The combination of local specialty yam and chewy buckwheat noodles was excellent.
