視野の広げ方｜Widen the View

大学の授業のために動画制作をしている人に話を聞いた。ずっと制作をしていると、画面にのめり込んで徐々に視野が狭くなってしまうという。集中も大切だけど、度を越さないようにしているらしい。その時はふらっと街歩きをするという。近景はごちゃごちゃした街だけど、見上げると緑に青い空が広がっていたり、地下道を抜けたところにまた街の別な顔があったりする。そんな時間が視野を広げ、新しい発見を生むという。ちょっとアップアップな今日は目的の場所への最短距離じゃなくて、遠回りしてみよっと。（絵と文：サカキテツ朗）
I talked to a movie director for college classes. She said that if she continued to work, she would be absorbed in the screen and her field of view would gradually narrow. Concentration is important, but it seems that she tries not to overdo it. At that time, she will walk around the city. The foreground is a messy city, but when she looks up, she can see a blue sky with the green, and another face of the city after passing through the underpass. She said that such time will broaden her view and make new discoveries.
