Happy Valentine’s Day!❤️
“Tasty!” “Delicious!” “Really good!” “Thank you!” “I like it!”
I got a lot of joyful messages from my colleagues.
I gave carrot cakes and spinach cookies to them today.
Last night when I baked the cookies, they were soft. But this morning, surprisingly they became so hard!!!!
I was so shocked, and googled how I can do for it.

Yes there were some answers.
1. Put a slice of bread under all of cookies.
2. Put some slices of apples around cookies.
3. Microwave cookies with a cup of water before eat.

I was looking for breads, but there were no bread at home.
I had some apples but I didn’t trust it works.

And microwaving, it is okay. But my colleagues would need to microwaves every time before eating them.

There was nothing to lose, I just took one of the apples.

When I reached office, I cut them and put them under the cookies.

Later on, maybe it worked!!!
Maybe! Because all of my colleagues said that it was not harder than they expected.

Good🙏🏼 Anyways I was so happy that they liked the sweets I made💓
Thank you for trying them❤️ By the way, my boyfriend had a good day as well at the place where is 14,000km away from Japan.
We have a very long distance physically.

But yes, I just followed their culture of valentines.

I put on a red sweater and a white trouser for this day❤️
From tomorrow, I can eat.
In my arms, there are a lot of fruits.
I will eat them in a week for next detox to recover my stomach.

 バレンタイン。
作ったキャロットケーキとほうれん草クッキーを会社の人に食べてもらって、
美味しい！という言葉をたくさん貰いました。

本当に嬉しくて、作って良かったなぁと心底思った。
人の笑顔を見るってこんなに嬉しいのか。

幸せです、本当に。

しかし、朝起きたら、昨晩まで柔らかかったクッキーがカチンコチンになっていてショック。
必死でググったら、
日本語では再生不可能です。と表示され、
ダメ元で英語で検索。

するとたくさん方法が出てきた笑笑笑笑
ので、書いてあったのは、
クッキーの下にパンを置くか、リンゴを一緒に置くか、食べる前にコップ一杯の水とレンチン。

悩み悩んで結局リンゴを選択。

会社でリンゴを切り、クッキーと置いておいたら
本当に若干柔らかくなっていたそうで一安心。

皆さん食べて下さって有難うございました👌🏽 さて、
私は今年もナミビアンスタイルで過ごしました。
ナミビアのバレンタインは、
恋人がいる人は赤か白の服を着るらしく、
恋人がいない人は他の色を着る。

恋人がいない人たちにとってはお付き合いの初めにぴったりで、ナンパが炸裂するとのこと。笑

とにかく、プラトンが素敵な日を送れたのであればそれでオッケー。
