It's a second-rate job that the coach gives up first even though the client hasn't given up.
Hello, everyone.
Sai&Co.WAKU Chare Lab's Sai&Co. It is.
Well, today, I'm going to talk about "It's a second-rate job for the coach to give up first even though the client hasn't given up."
But before that, please.
Today's story, if "It was good!" If so, please share it with your friends😁
Then it's the main topic.
Well, everyone.
Today, I'm going to talk a little bit about coaching techniques.
However, even if it's coaching, I'm just saying that it sounds cool, and what I'm doing is like a leader.
In other words, I'm going to be scolded by those who are seriously working on it, but I just want you to feel free to ask.
Moreover, I want you to feel free to incorporate it into your real life.
So I dare to lower the threshold, choose the words, and continue to talk.
As for what I'm going to talk about this time, I said it's a technique, but it's not a small skill, but rather, it's like mind and attitude.
That is, as mentioned in today's theme, the client, that is, the customer, or the other party has not given up yet, but it is a second-rate job for the coach to give up first.
In other words, as a basic stance, clients, students, subordinates, inexperienced people, anything is fine, but how to call it.
In other words, the person who is coached has not given up yet, but the person who coaches first should not give up.
People who are being coached are still motivated.
The intention is clearly and clearly expressed.
And yet, "You can't do it anymore. There is no point in continuing like this," it's like dropping the person himself into the abyss.
So, basically, until he gives up, the coach should also teach without giving up.
It's about to be forced to terminate by that person himself, so there's not much merit.
Well, this depends on the personality of each person, but maybe if you are too mentally depressed and you are a terrible person, there is a possibility that you will not be able to stand up again.
That's how much I feel abandoned.
People are prone to becoming dependent in the first place.
So, if you're going to do it, you have to be careful and coach that person.
So at the end, I think I'll just explain that there are exceptions.
As I've said so far, as a basic stance, there is no change in the part where the coach should not give up first.
As for the people who will be coached, there is a possibility that everyone will wake up fairly.
There is only one exception.
It doesn't necessarily mean that you should never give up.
That's the boundary, the skill to determine whether to give up or continue, the skill to determine the boundary line will also be necessary for the coach, but "If you continue any longer, your body will be broken and you will not be able to return to normal" or "If you work harder If you are mentally broken and unable to recover," well, the rest is simply, if there is a relationship such as contract, money problems, contract and contract fee payment, you have to take care of this, you can't continue, most people.
So, at the end, I'm going to introduce an exceptional example that the coach will inevitably stop, and I'm going to end today's blog.
Well, how was it?
