When you get stuck in things, please try this ... take a bird's-eye view and arrange it.

Hello, everyone.

Sai & Co. WAKU Chare Labo's Sai & Co. It is.

Well, today, I will talk about "When things get stuck, please try this ... a bird's-eye view and arrange" while brushing up my blog in the past.

Today's story, if "It was good!" If that's the way, please share it😁

Then it's the main topic.

It's a story about when I was taken to sea fishing the other day.

I've never thought about it before, so I'll blog about what I found out at that time.

I've done bait fishing about twice in the past, but I didn't think anything at that time, but in the sea fishing I went to the other day, I felt the difference between bait fishing and lure fishing.

It means that there is a difference in the number of actions taken before catching a fish.

First of all, it's bait fishing, but put on the bait, drop it in the sea, and wait patiently.

That's all.

But in lure fishing, there is almost no need to re-feed, but the action from the water, that is, the action, is, is overwhelmingly different.

This action is quite busy.

I'm not excited, so I have to concentrate my nerves on the rod, and depending on the type of lure, I have to move the rod violently.

I think this point is quite different.

What I learned more from this is that lure fishing has a larger amount of effort to catch fish.

In other words, you will expect something in return for that.

(But if you think about it now, you have to prepare bait and re-bait many times, so in the end, the work process from the beginning of fishing to the end of fishing and its labor may not change much in total. Right. That's right

I noticed that it is so-called "seeing things from a bird's-eye view".

Some people say that they increase the degree of abstraction.

In other words, if you look at the bait on the needle, shake the rod, the bait will be on the sea surface, and then move the rod finely until the action, lure fishing has more action than bait fishing, so I think there will be a difference in the expected value.

However, if you take a bird's-eye view of the fishing itself, if you look at it from the place where you prepare the bait to the end of fishing, you can see that it takes a lot of time and effort to prepare for the bait fishing before hanging the rod on the sea surface.

Then, as a result, it turns out that there is no difference in the superior expectations of both of them, so when you think about which one is more fun, you can conclude that both are reasonably fun when you catch it.

Also, you can use this way of thinking for different things.

For example, which one is more troublesome when you start fishing? Or how much money will it cost? Or, what kind of preparations do you need? And so on.

Depending on whether you look at it from a distance or from a close distance like this, the original way of looking at fishing will change.

This is the way of focusing, but it is a useful method other than fishing, so if you have any problems, please try it once.

Sometimes the answer comes out unexpectedly easily.)

I think most people are like that, but if you don't get anything in return for your efforts, you'll actually be quite depressing.

(If you don't get anything in return for your efforts, you'll be quite slolled, isn't it in various places?

For example, when you're studying, when you're working, and when you're learning.

Don't ordinary people think that their efforts will be rewarded if they do it?

I mean, there's also a desire to be like that, right?

But this is not the case from the point of view of science.

It seems to be revealed from various research studies.

The growth curve proves it.

Also known as the sigmoid curve.

Even if you study hard, work, and learn, you will hardly get any results at the beginning.

But as it continues, it gradually starts to produce results, and eventually it will show explosive growth.

This seems to be the growth curve.

It seems that this theory is a law that can be seen in common in quite a few industries and categories.

So if you have something you are continuing now, you have to consult with time, money, and your own spirit, but I recommend that you continue.

Eventually, believe in your potential to grow explosively.)

That's why lure fishing has higher expectations, and the feeling of disappointment when you can't catch it is incredible.

On the other hand, bait fishing only hangs the bait on the sea and throws it a little far away, but basically, if the bait is immersed in the sea, all you have to do is wait.

There is no need for unnecessary action.

While waiting, you can think about various things, and you can also see the natural scenery that you don't usually see.

You can also feel the smell of the sea and the wind.

It's a good opportunity to be separated from your busy daily life and reset your head and mind.

Lure fishing is like a sport, and bait fishing is like meditation, it became a day when I felt the goodness of each.

See you later✌️

(The goodness of bait fishing in the sea is exactly its elegance.

If you are busy, I think you can see that it's still a luxurious time.

Because it's okay to be in a daze until the fish gets on the needle, so it's an extreme story.

Look at the two sides of the sky and the sea, feel the wind, smell the scent of the sea, hear the sound of the waves, the voices of birds, etc.

It's the opposite world from cities and towns, isn't it?

Is it a space that has reduced the noise as much as possible?

If that happens, there is no way that the parasympathetic nerve will not have an advantage.

There's no way that stress doesn't decrease.

It may not be enough at first, but it gradually becomes comfortable, so I think that not only fishing, but also going to places with little noise such as the sea and mountains and spending time quietly is a very effective hand in the sense of adjusting your autonomic nervous system.

So how was it, today's story?

Sometimes, like this, I write on my blog about how to heal my body, how to care, and how to get stress as close to zero as possible.

If you are interested, please bring your finger to this other blog.

I update it every day.

We are also waiting for your official LINE friend registration.

Finally, if you say that today's story was good, please share it with your friends.

See you later✌️)
