I do burpees three times a week in the morning.
(Actually, it may be more often twice a week due to hangovers.)
It's a pretty hard exercise.
Jumping, squats, and push-ups are performed in succession, so after you're done, you're out of breath and wheezing to the point where it's hard to stand up.
So why do you do this kind of strenuous exercise in the morning before work? It's to maintain your health.
I looked back at my schedule for the day, but there are so many things to do, so when I thought about what time to do it most efficiently, I came up with the morning.
Once I turned 40, I started to pay more attention to my health.
After all, I want to live a long and healthy life.
(As a result of studying various things after turning 40, I came up with a lot of things I wanted to do, and I wanted to work until I died, contribute to society, play, and do whatever else came to my mind. I hope it will come.)
So, I didn't have much time, so I searched for an effective exercise that I could do in a short time and came up with this exercise called burpees.
Jumps and squats work your leg and butt muscles, push-ups work your arms and pectoral muscles, and more.
It's a bit tiring, but if you stick to it, you'll be able to train your body's muscles in a well-balanced manner at once, and you'll be able to train each part of your body at once, so it's also a time-saving effect.
I've built up muscle in my arms, but I still haven't seen any effect on my chest muscles, which I wanted the most.
My legs and buttocks have been relatively smooth for a long time, so I honestly don't know if it's effective or not.
(However, if I squeezed it too much, I almost got bedsores on my coccyx, so please be careful. Right now, I am eating and training so that I can put on my butt muscles and a little more fat to prevent bedsores. increase.)
Overall, I can only feel about 30%, but I plan to continue this for a while.
(It's a pretty hard training, but I still continue moderately so that I don't hate it.)
By the way, the reason why I do it three times a week is to wait for the recovery of muscle fibers that have been torn apart.
But to be honest... it's to prevent me from getting tired and sick of doing it every day.

(This is the result of continuing for a year, but I still have a lot of butt muscles, so I tried squats on days when I didn't do burpees. My arm and leg muscles are fine. The chest muscles I wanted the most, but this is It's not good, so I'll try to continue for a while and see how it progresses.)
