Have you ever felt the urge to urinate and defecate while traveling by car or train and couldn't stand it?
I have a long commute, so I value that experience.
(If I say it's my fault, it's true, but if I drank too much the day before, I could not help feeling nauseous, and when I went to work with a hangover, I felt groggy and nauseous. I don't have it anymore.)
I have plenty of time on my way home from work, so I can go to convenience stores, etc., but it would be terrible if I was attacked by them when I went to work.
(Now I leave early enough to stop the car on the way and get ready for the morning, so I don't have to worry about this at all.)
It's not just when I'm absolutely in good physical condition every day, but even if I don't have a hangover, sometimes I have an upset stomach.
But I don't want to be late for work or important errands...
Those times are the hardest.
But don't worry.
A useful first-aid measure in such a situation is to “control consciousness”.
This is a knowledge that I happened to know, but when I tried it, it was "effective".
I tried it twice and was able to escape from the predicament both times, so I can expect a lot.
It's easy to do.
Just keep repeating positive words in your head such as “happy”, “fun”, “lucky”.
simply.
without thinking of anything else.
Smile if you can.
You don't have to say it out loud.
Even just chanting it in your head can help.
It seems that the brain is deceived by just this and the sympathetic nerve increases, and when the sympathetic nerve increases, the function to stop the urge to urinate and defecate is entered.
Please think carefully.
There may be exceptions, but do you feel like going to the bathroom when you're running hard?
I'm sure there are many people who won't.
This is because the sympathetic nervous system is heightened when running at full power.
(The sympathetic nervous system excites the body. When the body gets excited, it tries hard to move. On the other hand, if you imagine negative thoughts such as "I can't take it anymore", "I can't stand it", "It's painful", the urge to urinate and defecate will increase. Eventually, the parasympathetic nerves will increase, and the consciousness will become more and more negative, and you will not be able to endure it.
In other words, by utilizing this function, it is possible to surpass the emergency.
However, since it is only for surviving emergencies, it does not last long.
Make sure you go to the bathroom at some point.
Of course, it goes without saying that you should go to the toilet as soon as you feel the urge to urinate.
If I endure it, it's bad for my body.
(If you hold back your urine, you will get cystitis, and if you hold back your stool, you will get constipation. Moreover, if you hold it back, the toxins will be reabsorbed, so it is recommended to take it out as soon as possible.)
I repeat.
This method is only an emergency measure.
Please use it only when you are really in trouble.
