I eat junk food just to satisfy my frustrations.

hello everyone.

Sai & Co. This is Sai & Co. from WAKU Challenge Lab.

Well, today I'm going to talk about eating junk food just to satisfy my frustration.

If you think this story was good, please share it😁

Now let's get down to business.

Well, everyone.

How much junk food do you all eat?

Probably, but I think there are many people who say "I eat quite a bit".

But it is a well-known fact that junk food is high in calories but low in nutritional value, and is considered to be quite bad for your health.

I'm not saying junk food lovers out of the blue, but in the junk food superpower America, the obesity rate is said to be as high as 73%.

In Japan, the number of diabetes patients has increased since the introduction of this food culture, and although the degree of obesity is lower than in other countries around the world, two out of three people are now affected by lifestyle diseases. is.

That said, it's not all junk food, but sugar, wheat, trans fatty acids, food additives, alcohol... it's become common knowledge that these foods are more harmful to the body. increase.

So, I stopped taking too much after knowing that.

However, although it is not a withdrawal symptom, there are times when I still miss my mouth.

Thinking about what that feeling is, I came up with an answer, so I'll introduce it today.

I will tell you from the conclusion.

It means "just trying to relieve frustration".

It's not like I have to put up with losing weight, but it doesn't matter if I don't eat bread, sweets, ramen, juice, etc.

Rice is the main dish, and vegetables, fruits, and simple meat or fish side dishes are enough.

As long as you don't exercise, eating one meal a day is enough.

I enjoy a little hunger, and it has the effect of not lowering the immune system, the effect of losing weight, and the effect of increasing concentration, so it's no longer a bad thing.

Thanks to that, my body is in good shape, and now I'm a little skinny.

I want a little more muscle, so I'm doing strength training now.

Now, getting back to the main topic, I feel pretty stoic when I write about my eating habits like this, but I still feel like eating junk food for some reason about once or twice a week. increase.

At that time, I try to eat without overdoing it, but when I eat it, I don't really feel like it was delicious, and I just feel like my desire is fulfilled.

I can feel the taste.

I feel that it's delicious, but I feel that there are no foods that have a lot of umami. .

In other words, it doesn't mean that you like the taste, or that you eat it because it's delicious, but it seems that you are satisfied with eating.

I'm sleepy, so I'm going to sleep...Is it like that?

So how was today's talk?

Wouldn't that be very helpful?

But if you think it was good, please introduce it to your friends😁

See you soon ✌️
