Ever since I was born, I never thought I would pay attention to health foods or supplements, let alone health itself.

But after I turned 40, my stomach didn't go down, and I felt that my body was gradually getting tired.

I get sleepy during the day.

I feel tired all day long.

And so on, I thought to myself, "Is this the age to be called elderly?"

He also has a typical uncle body type, so-called middle-aged fat.

My weight has increased by about 5 kg from my best weight, and I haven't lost it at all.

As expected, "This stomach is bad. ’, I started by reducing the amount of food I ate and doing some walking.

But it doesn't change.

I thought, "I used to lose weight as soon as I exercised, didn't I?", but if I don't do something, I won't change. did.

(But at that time, I still didn't realize that my basal metabolism was slowing down. As a result of continuing to study health after this, I realized that my basal metabolism was low, and made a habit of raising it. As I expected, I lost weight in a natural way, my stomach shrunk beautifully, and I succeeded in dropping my weight to the best weight!! I understand that it is the key.)

First of all, I learned about zinc supplements in order to get rid of sluggishness.

Of course, even if you drink it, there are individual differences, and it is not guaranteed that you will always get results, but if you drink it, it may work.

Taking just one tablet a day may help.

If that alone makes your body less tired, it's easy! I thought, and started drinking.

It seems that zinc has the effect of improving fatigue and conditioning.

It seems that adult men can take it, but it is difficult to take it from meals constantly, so supplements are easy.

It's been about 4 months since I started taking it, but I've definitely become less tired.

(As I wrote on my blog around this time, I started exercising around the same time, so I think it's because of that that I'm strong. So I don't really know the effect of zinc. If you read this article and bought zinc, I am very sorry.)
