Japanese virtues sometimes call unhappiness.

Hello, everyone.

Sai & Co. WAKU Chare Labo's Sai & Co. It is.

Well, today I'm going to talk about "Japanese virtues sometimes call unhappiness."

But before that, please.

Today's story, if "It was good!" If that's the way, please share it😁

Then it's the main topic.

Well, everyone.

Have you ever thought about the virtues of Japanese people?

Well, even if it is a virtue, it is a wide range, so I think each person is different in what they envision and make it a virtue in the scene.

The virtue I'm going to tell you today is, among other, in the workplace.

Haven't you experienced it?

There are few people, and the work I'm doing now is very difficult to keep up.

I'm working hard every day, but the tasks don't decrease, so it's getting harder and harder, people quit, new people don't come in, and in the end, only the people who are now are doing the work.

Then please think about it here for a moment.

Even though there are few people, I don't drop the quantity and quality of work.

Why is this?

The key to solving it is hidden in the virtue of the Japanese people.

In other words, many Japanese people are serious, moreover, they have a strong sense of responsibility, work hard, are afraid of mistakes, and have a strong natural spirit to be perfect.

Moreover, it is considered to be one of the virtues, which is troublesome.

I'm not saying, "Then you should be unserious," but everyone tries their best to reduce the quality and quantity of service even though there are few personnel.

This place is no good.

It's also good to work hard, but isn't it good to stop once and look back?

Isn't the work you're doing now overworked?

If you continue to step on too much, of course, your body and mind will be rattled.

Once you get rattled, it's quite hard to live after that, isn't it?

In other words, this composition is the trick of Japanese virtues to bring misfortune.

So how was it? Today's story.

"Then what are you going to do?" I'll talk about it again next time, but "How is it now?" If you concentrate on that and look back, I think you will notice your current state.

Well, every day like this, I also post useful information for working, how to get rid of stress, and how to live a comfortable life on my blog.
