Thanks to the development of the neocortex, it has become possible to express emotions richly, and I think it is true that the survival rate of our hominides has also increased greatly.

But on the other hand, my emotions and thoughts have just developed a lot, and I've started to think of unnecessary things.

In other words, it is a thought that causes feelings of anxiety and worry about the future.
