I tried 86% cacao chocolate! ︎ (2021/9/21 I tried 86% cacao chocolate!! ️Brush up blog)

hello everyone.

Sai & Co. This is Sai & Co. from WAKU Challenge Lab.

Well, today, "I tried to eat 86% cacao chocolate!" ️” I will brush up on my past blog and talk about it.

If you think this story was good, please share it😁

Now let's get down to business.

So let's continue the health series a little more.

(Last time, I blogged about zinc supplements.)

This time it's 86% cocoa chocolate.

I usually don't eat chocolate, so I wasn't familiar with it, but I learned about the effects of chocolate containing 86% cacao, so I decided to eat it right away.

(I used to eat sweets too, but when I learned that sugar, wheat, trans fatty acids, preservatives, and colorings are bad for your body, cause inflammation, and lower your immune system, I stopped eating them. I remember missing my mouth when I first stopped because it was addictive, but if I put up with it for a while, I got used to it, and now I eat it occasionally, but I can't stop eating it. (Now I'm fine without sweets.)

It is a product that is usually sold in supermarkets, and you can get it almost anywhere.

Well, I will briefly introduce the effect, but the representative one is "antioxidant effect".

In other words, it has the effect of preventing aging and promoting metabolism to prevent deterioration of the body.

Great effect, isn't it?

(If you want to prevent aging, the first thing is that you look different. People are affected by 83% of visual stimuli. So, looking young is the biggest factor when meeting people. It's an advantage. If you're young, you can naturally maintain your physical strength, and you can prevent the aging of your brain. You're less likely to get sick, so there's only good points. After all, you can't turn your head, you're more likely to get sick, and your body is somewhat dull. It can have a big impact on your mental state. When your mental state drops, your motivation doesn't increase, and you don't want to do anything.I get irritated with people and I don't enjoy living. That's why health is important.)

Certainly, I feel like I started eating chocolate and my mouth ulcers healed faster.

(I'm sorry. I have to apologize here, but after all I've thought about various things and now I don't eat chocolate. Actually... But maybe because I'm eating another antioxidant food, it's hard to get stomatitis, and I can't. But on the other hand, there was a time when I stopped eating foods with antioxidant properties, and during that period I was more likely to get stomatitis, and once I had it, it got pretty big. I can say this with certainty.)

Of course, I think there are individual differences.

Please understand that it does not guarantee that there will always be an effect.

(If other lifestyle habits are disturbed, mouth ulcers probably won't get better quickly no matter how much antioxidant food you eat. I haven't tried this, so I don't know for sure...)

Also, I don't recommend it for those who don't like bitter chocolate.

If you really want to eat it, I recommend eating it in the same way as supplements and medicine.

(It's not as sweet as it's been said to be. You can still feel the sweetness of 72% chocolate. There are reports that even 72% chocolate is effective, so I think it's a good choice. By the way, there is also 95% chocolate, but I don't mean to be rude, but for me it wasn't chocolate anymore, it was just "plastic", so I'd say 86%.

If you are interested, please try it.

I think it's good to know if it's effective or not if you continue for at least half a year.

(If you combine it with a moderate diet, sleep, and exercise, I feel like I can keep going until the moment I die.)

So, if you think this story was "good", please introduce it to your friends😁

See you soon ✌️
