I think people who are interested in nursing care often hear about "complete nursing care" and "you can receive 24-hour nursing care"?
Even if this is complete nursing care, it is actually not.
When it comes to full nursing care, don't you have the impression that one person is always attached to each person, and you can receive full 24-hour nursing care?
Moreover, the meaning of the words is like that, isn't it?
But it's different.
I'm going to misunderstand this.
Did you know?
There is certainly someone 24 hours a day.
Staff who can take care of them, to the nursing home and facilities for the disabled.
However, it is not that there are always people who can take care of each person.
Of course, it's natural, but the number of staff is limited, and the rule is "Please place this number of staff" depending on the user and the person who is in the nursing home.
So, it's not that each person has a staff, but a person who is in a nursing home, or how many people are assigned one staff, it's like this.
Therefore, even if the user needs nursing care at the same time, he is not in a state where he can receive nursing care immediately.
For example, if there are 3 users and one staff member is in charge of it, that one person will take care of 3 users.
In that case, of course, the order is decided.
Like "Mr. A is the best and Mr. C is the last".
Even if 3 people say they want to go to the bathroom at the same time, they can't take them at the same time.
It's obvious, isn't it?
Because there is only one staff member.
There is only one body of the staff, so it is physically impossible.
Well, the content of complete nursing care is like this.
But if you claim "complete nursing care", don't you think that if you always call immediately 24 hours a day, the staff will come?
When I hold this up, something like "It's not hype!" It feels like that, but in fact, there is a time difference, but nursing care is always in a state where you can receive it.
There is no doubt about that.
"No one" is unlikely to happen in Japan today.
For example, after taking care of one person for 30 minutes, they take care of the next person.
In this case, there can be a 30-minute time difference, but the staff will always come.
Well, if you think about it normally, it would be quite painful if you were told for 10 or 20 minutes, for example, "bear with the toilet".
Most people leak it or try to do it somehow on their own.
But that's reality, so there are parts that can't be helped.
Moreover, words are quite scary, and some people actually misunderstand "complete nursing care".
"It's different from the explanation!" What did you say? "You're saying complete nursing care, right?" Well, some people make complaints in that sense.
Isn't it a good example that only the meaning of words creates an image and goes ahead?
