冬の朝 Winter morning
昨日の夜雪が降った。
朝は最低気温‐2度。
レドモンドは雪が降ると 学校が休みになったり、遅れて始まることもある。
なぜかというと道路が凍って、スクールバスが滑る危険があるからだ。
今日は2時間遅れで学校がスタートするのでバス停に向かっていると、
ベンチの上に氷が張っているのを発見した。
きれいに取れたのがこの写真だ。
Snow fell last night. The temperature in the morning was -2 degrees. When it snows in Redmond, school is sometimes cancelled or starts late. The reason is that the roads are icy and there is a danger of the school buses slipping. Today school started two hours late, so I was heading to the bus stop when I found ice on the benches. I took it off clearly , which you can see in up picture
