「インストアイベントする」って英語でなんて言うの？

英語って難しいですね。音楽業界でよく使う「インストア・イベント」っておそらく和製英語じゃないですか。じゃ、英語でなんと言うかというと、ただお店の中でイベント（トーク？）をする場合は、

make an in-store appearance at XXX

となるようで、一方、歌唱や演奏がある場合は

in-store performance

を使うそうです。同僚に教えてもらったのですが。

例）※歌唱あり
◯◯が2/29にタワーレコード新宿店でインストアイベントを行います！

◯◯ will give an in-store performance at Tower Records Shinjuku on February 29th.

つまり

make an in-store appearance at XXXはこれ↓↓↓
