Diary in English

I left work early to go to the clinics to get some regular medication.
Actually, I went tree clinics and two pharmacies! There are not all close. I went to my regular clinic and new one, discussed the results of my health check, and made an appointment for a checkups.
I was tired that I thought the exhausted is this.

And I bought lots of daily use items, teeth paste, cleaning goods and so on, what I always forget to buy.
It was very meaningful afternoon.

Aging is always beside the medical. But my diseases are genetic. Hmm
