Diary in English 2024/11/16

Wow, they are afraid of changing.
I noticed that I am not afraid to change, but they don't, after a long time.
You know I work for construction small company, not popular, nobody wants to work for. So there is a labor shortage in the construction industry throughout Japan. 
But because they can only see things through survivorship bias, so they refuse to change. They believe that because things have been okay up until now, they will continue to be okay. Unfortunately, they are not very smart. It's shame.
