I can say No.
Over 80 couple (boss's parents) are here, and even though they themselves are old yet still are this company, they insist that the older members of the LDP should leave and be replaced by younger members.
The couple always make mistakes.
Elderly people are often unaware that their functions are deteriorating.
In other words, they are happy but the people around them are not.
Some old people make someone around them unhappy.

We have to no choice but to draw the line.
