【DAY80】私も近づけるかな/The Strength of Being True to Yourself

    「まっすぐな人」って、かっこいいな。自分の気持ちに素直で、うそをつかない。自分がかっこいいと思うことを選び、実行する。これって簡単なことではない。心がグラグラ揺れて現状を維持しようとする。そんな時だって、たとえ時間がかかったとしても1歩ずつ進んでいく姿が眩しいなって思った。そんな姿を、私はたまらなく応援したくなるんだ。

    People who are straightforward are really admirable. They’re honest with their feelings, and they don’t lie. They choose what they believe is cool and make it happen. That’s not easy to do. When their hearts waver, there’s a pull to just stay the same. But even then, they keep moving forward, one step at a time, no matter how long it takes. I find that so inspiring, and I can’t help but want to cheer them on.
