A Hard Lesson Learned"

I have overlooked my gut feelings and given the benefit of the doubt to several individuals far too many times. The very thing that triggered my gut feeling was what ultimately allowed me to see and accept their true colors.

Finally, I quietly walked away from the individual, their enablers, and the entire situation, having had no contact with any of them since.

A hard lesson indeed.
