Overseas travel insurance

We bought overseas travel insurance to go to Hawaii.
How about everyone?

Of course, I have a csedit card with travel insurance.
The warranty is also comprehensive.
But in Hawaii, medical bills are too expensive.
So if we got big illnesses or injuries, that insurance isn't enough.
It won't happen maybe, but I worried.
Finally I decided to buy insurance.
But it's fairly expensive.
