I had similar situation like this article (written in Japanese ... it’s about Mental hospital …scary! I hope there is “normal” hospital ...I don't remember but YOMIURI's article I guess!)

I have no mental disorder at all but …I had to be in a mental hospital!!! for more than a month ... bad use of "医療保護入院”!

Forced mental hospitalization

I didn’t take any medicine at all (no sleeping drug or no tranquilizer... or other stuff ) for more than 20 years before hospitalisation.

They charge me a lot for one month hospitalisation for nothing (I have no mental disorder or diseases)!!! (About 100万円 9009USD？ 2019)

I had to be in locked room (in locked hospital ) for a month.

They locked me in a room without door KNOB inside!!!!!
(there is no door knob inside ! They can open only from outside..!)

They hold me down onto Futon on the floor

(with 4 strong men!

4 POLICE MEN!
Right wrist
Left wrist
Right ancle
Left ancle
held by 4 strong men!KYOTO POLICE !!!!)
and
DOCTOR
gave me injection!

Left side of my hip
"BOTTOM of MY SPINE!"

Hipbone? I don't know...

They only asked me 2 questions!
(There was no calendar...!in the room but...)

I was saying please call lawyer..!
or
I want to talk outside (on the street) where normal people are around...(ひとめのあるところ、コンビニの駐車場とか「カメラ」ありそうなところ！映像オフのあのBLMじゃないけど。。。)

After 18 hours coma (I felt it was like 3 days) on the medical record (lies ),

I woke up in the locked room only with futon and cardboard box (for lunch table!) , and toilet.

There is no tv or calendar (so it was hard to know which day it was, but they were mean to ask me “what day is it today?” ...and they just gave me INJECTION!!! And 18 hours coma!)

Like horror movie or crime novel but this is what happen to me in my real life!

I had to spent last my birthday there...!
locked room with cardboard table.( I couldn't go out on MY BD!)

One month is long

I didn’t have no mobile or internet for 3weeks!

I couldn’t make any contact to friends.

They didn’t allow me to use laptop in hospital.

I lost my jobs.

It was in the mountain of Kyoto.

There was beautiful jissoin mon ato near the hospital. 実相院門跡！

I was told by the doctor
“I don’t let you discharge”
(say what I say so that i can write it on to medical carte)

when I refuse medication (I often had to swallow in front of somebody so that I couldn’t throw that away)

They threatened me
“if you don’t take medicine, We will put you restraint or We will give you injection (which I don’t know what’s inside the needle)”

They didn’t give me cash for a week (POLICE TOOK MY cash, ID, passport( LEAVE TO REMAIN INDEFINITE VISA),  credit card!, key to my house! ...and...) I couldn’t buy food.)

There was no tap (for drinking water!) inside the locked room so
I had to DRINK WATER FROM TOILET BOWL!

This is TRU story
happen to my life.
I spent 2019’s birthday in locked room... it’s almost a year ago..
