Hello everyone! REALITY Staff speaking!
We’re entering the spring in some countries and the fall in other countries… I wonder how the weather is in your country? Let’s do our best and take care of our health in this new season!
REALITY had a lot of new updates in March so let’s get to it and share the news with everyone!

Recent Updates

■ Chat request feature released!

When you receive a message or group invite from a “User that you do not follow”, you will have to go to the “Chat Request” tab and accept that message. That’s different from what we have until now in REALITY’s chat, and it will help not getting a lot of notifications and unwanted messages!


■ Rank feature released!

The rank feature was added to allow those who have never participated in an event before or who are new to REALITY to enjoy the events even more.

At the time of release there are nine ranks, and ranks can be raised through daily stream activities.
By dividing the events that streamers can participate in based on their rank you can select only the most suitable events for your current situation, allowing you to participate in events with streamers of the same rank and making it easier to understand and enjoy heated events!
※Everyone starts at the initial rank.
※You can not check other users rank.
※Starting from events aimed at beginners, we will be adding rank in the events criteria 1 or 2 months later from the time it has been added in the app.

■Restrictions on Use by Users Under the Target Age Group

REALITY has established a community guideline that outlines the kind of community we want to be.

In order to make REALITY a comfortable and safe place for all users, we have restricted the use of the app to those under 13 years of age to improve the health of the community.

※Age restrictions may vary for certain countries/regions, please refer to our "Terms of Use" Article 2 (Membership Registration) for details.

We will continue to make every effort to ensure that all users can use REALITY safely and securely, and we look forward to your continued support of REALITY.


■ New Gacha Announcement!

The "Valor of the Valkyrie Gacha" with gorgeous gothic items is here!

Future Updates

In REALITY, we share within the company the opinions and requests that we receive from our users and accumulate them in an opinion and requests list, so let’s check out some of those opinions and requests that we have been receiving!

■ Opinions and requests received

・”I want more avatar slots!”
・”I want you to fix the glitches!”
・”Please deal with the chat spamming problem” (chat room invitations from strangers)
➡　The above has been addressed in the current update!
・”I would like the features released on Android to be supported on iOS too.”
➡　The new feature which makes hearts rain when we press the “like” button has been implemented on iOS too!

and many others.

The above is currently being considered for new features and content modifications.

■ About the connection instability

From Sunday, March 27 to Monday, March 28, there was an intermittent problem that prevented the REALITY app from being used properly.
This instability has been addressed and currently the app does not present this problem anymore, and we will continue to make improvements to prevent similar problems from occurring in the future.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

Sumikkogurashi tie-up is set!

Sumikkogurashi, celebrating its 10th anniversary, and REALITY are teaming up for the first time! Cute Sumikko and their friends will appear in REALITY, so look forward to it!

I recently noticed that the Reality Newsletter has become very long, so I will keep it short this month.

This month, the REALITY Topics that DJ RIO have selected are:
1. We’ve moved to a Cyberpunk Office
2. Ikura’s (member of the staff) hair color have changed but it continues to be weird
3. I want to increase the avatar’s diversity

The current avatars in REALITY are very Asian, or more specifically, they look like Japanese people in anime. I would like to make it possible to express more diversity in terms of skeletal structure, facial features, hairstyle, and clothing.
My goal is to customize as freely as ELDEN RING's Tarnished! (But keep the cuteness)


Hello everyone!
This is REALITY’s Penguin.

I recently bought a good rice cooker and my quality of life has improved because I can now eat better tasting rice.

I had not replaced my rice cooker for a long time so I had no idea about the state of rice cookers these days, but I was impressed by various innovations, such as the ability to select a variety of rice to make it tasty, and the structure that prevents mistakes when cooking and makes it safe to use.
I can only be grateful for the daily efforts of the manufacturers to make these wonderful things available.

Well, we don't make rice cookers at REALITY, but we continue to work on anti-fraud measures to ensure the safety and security of our users.

A particular focus of our recent efforts has been on measures around events.
Most of the participants follow the rules, but unfortunately, there are some users who use malicious tools to earn scores with fraudulently obtained points.

Our system is designed to detect and take immediate action to strictly control the situation and take measures against those who do so, as soon as it is detected.

Fraud countermeasures are not something that can be done only once, but rather need to be continually monitored and put into place, and we will continue to focus our efforts on addressing this issue, so let's keep up the good work!
