Speaking of chocolate, did you know it was an essential part of the morning moments for many romantic individuals? 👀
Just like chocolate that has been loved since medieval times, we want to continue being a service that is cherished by everyone... With that sentiment in our hearts, we will bring you the changes in REALITY this month.

Important Notice
■ Gift and Event system renewal
As mentioned last month and on this month’s official broadcast REALITY Patch Notes Live, our gift and event system will undergo a renewal on February 26.
We received your feedback and your questions and prepared some information based on the messages we received. Don’t forget that if you have any questions or feedback about this, you can send it using the Contact Us link in the notice below!
In the future, REALITY aims to further support your dreams and activities. To achieve this and to host larger events, we will strive towards a world where evaluations are more fairly conducted. While there will no longer be points that can be obtained for free, opportunities to earn coins through missions and campaigns will continue to be provided.

■ Specific Changes
1. Points that you hold when the update is released will be turned into coins with a 10:1 ratio

Hello Metaverse! I’m REALITY’s CEO, DJ RIO!🦊
Apple has indeed released the Vision Pro AR headset. I've already placed an order, and I'm eagerly waiting for it to arrive.
Actually, a few months ago, an engineer created an AR version of REALITY as a technical demo. When wearing the headset, my favorite streamer appears in 3D within the scenery of my own room during a live broadcast. It feels as if they are truly "there."
This is an incredible experience; while going about daily activities like eating or watching TV, I can have REALITY friends or favorite streamers right next to me. I can chat with them or watch their streams up close, blending seamlessly into my everyday life.
While the hardware is still relatively large and expensive, and widespread adoption might take some time, I'm excited about reinventing REALITY for the AR era starting now.

I'm O, a Product Manager in REALITY.
Are you all streaming in rooms? The room feature was added last year, and since then, we've been continuously updating it to make streaming more enjoyable and user-friendly.
Let me list the updates made after the release.
・Comments are now easier to read! (They are displayed in the same format as booths.)
・YouTube can now be played!
・Avatar gacha is now available!
・You can change your avatar's outfit!
・Furniture can be sold!
・BGM function is now usable!
・You can place wallpapers and floor papers for your avatar!
・Multiple room layouts can now be saved!
・Gacha tickets can be used in the furniture gacha!
・You can now redecorate without streaming with the "Design Mode"!
・Daytime can be set to night or evening!
New features that weren't present at the initial release and inconvenient aspects have been added through updates. If you haven't streamed in rooms recently, give it a try! It should be more user-friendly now!
Furthermore, we plan to continue improving performance issues and how gifts are displayed in the future. Please continue to support the room feature!
Hello! It's IKURA, the Community Manager.
Recently, the cold weather has become extreme, hasn't it? I went for a health checkup the other day, and unexpectedly, due to heavy snow, my health was at risk (I even took on my first-ever endoscopic examination, and by the time I got home, I was completely worn out).
Now, the other day, we announced the "Renewal of the Points System." All the reasons for this decision are detailed in the article, and if you're curious about the specifics, I would be grateful if you could give it a read.
▽ About the point gift renewal:
As mentioned in the above article, the decision to abolish point gifts has various underlying reasons, and it was made to improve the service. However, it doesn't change the fact that we are removing a system that holds various memories and is enjoyed by everyone.
To make up for that loss, we will continue to wholeheartedly engage in initiatives and plans that can bring even more enjoyment to everyone. We hope you'll continue to enjoy REALITY in the future!
Lastly, it's crucial for us that everyone can use REALITY comfortably, and your valuable contributions are what keep REALITY running. As an operation team, we consistently discuss and consider measures to sustain REALITY. Amid various decisions being made, the unwavering focus is always "How can everyone enjoy REALITY more?" and "What does it take to preserve the essence of 'REALITY'?"
We understand there will be various opinions about this change, and in the short term, it might seem unfavorable. However, looking ahead over the next 10 or 20 years, we hope you can understand this decision as a step towards continuing REALITY and striving for a better service.
