Take your streams to the next level - REALITY Event Club
Hello REALITY family!
I’m Thomas, from the Community Team. Wait, you don’t know what the Community Team is? That will be important for this guide, so let’s briefly explain first.
Going by the book, we’re the ones who are here to help locate and amplify you, build user-centric roadmaps, nurture new members and voices, identify where you guys need help, and keep track of the overall community members.
You can think of us as the bridge that connects the users and the company.
One of the tasks we have as the Community Team is to create a place where you guys can receive the spotlight for that project you’ve been trying your best to get engagement, but are still looking for the best way to do it.
Thinking of that, the community measure called Event Club was created. In this article, let’s get to know about the Event Club a little bit better, check how to join it, the best way to take advantage of it, and what other users who joined the Event Club in the past thought about it!
What is the REALITY Event Club?
Have you ever seen someone with a different stream picture, being at the top of your Recommended page and usually with a high number of viewers on it? That’s someone who is presenting their REALITY Event Club project.
The REALITY Event Club is a bi-monthly special occurrence that follows 3 steps: Submissions, Selection, and Event Club Week.
The special prize that you get for joining the Event Club is being able to use a special thumbnail that you create by yourself and be at the top of the Recommended Page for one hour. Also, you have the chance to be featured in REALITY’s monthly magazines too, since we always feature some of the amazing Event Clubs that were held by you!
And of course, by joining the Event Club you will receive a huge number of viewers during that one hour, so it’s a great chance to capture your viewers' hearts, get to know new people, and increase your follower number!
Let’s check each of the steps to be sure of how to join the REALITY Event Club:
Submissions
Once every two months, we’ll post a Notice and Banner in the REALITY app, will send a reminder on our X/Twitter and Instagram accounts, and will also send a reminder in the Official REALITY Discord Server. Be sure to follow these channels so you won’t miss the information on the submission start date!
On the submission page, you will be requested to fill out a Google Form, so remember to prepare the following information:
Your Username
Your Event Club Project Name
The time and data that you want to do your Event Club Project (Please remember to check the possible times and dates!!!)
The Outline (Description) of your Event Club Project
The thumbnail that you want to use during your Event Club Project

Selection
During the selection process, our staff will select the events that will be executed during the REALITY Event Club week! I’ve heard that a lot of you think that you won’t be selected, but worry not – we have tons of slots available!
However, some rules need to be followed when sending your Event Club Project, so be sure to check them out:
We will not accept Event Clubs that directly mention third-party companies or use images from third-party companies
We will not accept Event Clubs that are not within the time limit that we set (you can check it in the Google Form!)
We will not accept Event Clubs that try to instigate the viewers to throw gifts or gacha tickets
We will not accept Event Clubs that break REALITY’s basic Terms of Service
The most common reason for not being selected is choosing a date and time that is not within the Event Club week, so be sure to confirm it before submitting your entry!
After the selection is done, our staff will announce the selected members via in-app Notice, Official X/Twitter and Instagram accounts, and in the official REALITY Discord server, so don’t forget to check if yours was selected too!
Event Club Week
During the Event Club Week, the selected members will receive priority on the Recommended page and the special thumbnail, as mentioned in the former items. Check out the examples below to understand how it will look like on the day:
The priority in the recommended page is an easy way of getting tons of viewers during that one hour, with some streams passing the 600 viewers mark in less than 50 minutes! Don’t miss this opportunity to grow your community too!

Why did you decide to join REALITY’s Event Club?
I joined the Reality Event Club seeking a unique and immersive experience, and I'm thrilled to say that it exceeded all my expectations. The carefully curated events and the opportunity to connect with like-minded individuals made every moment enjoyable. Being part of this club has added a new dimension of excitement to my social calendar, and I appreciate the creativity and effort put into making each event truly special. I joined because I wanted to do something fun that everyone on the app could enjoy. I really wanted to bring all the different communities together and encourage them to not only get more involved but to grow together and build off of each other.
I wanted my hard work and creativity to be expressed to the public. Many stream ideas require hours worth of preparation but do not necessarily get more comments and gifts than regular chatting streams. The boost in views justifies and helps the creative stream idea come to life.
How did you decide what kind of project you wanted to do in REALITY's Event Club?
I chose to explore the topic of gaming because it's not just a hobby for me; it's a vibrant world full of innovation, creativity, and shared experiences. Gaming has a unique way of bringing people together, and I'm excited to delve into its various facets, share insights, and connect with fellow enthusiasts. Let the gaming journey begin!
We discuss with some people on reality what would be the best event to create based on trend and viewer interest at the moment, then we plan it and serve to our viewers a nice planned project
I want to develop my broadcast with singing and music categories in the future. So that I can hone my talents and increase many connections with the same interests

I love Event Club. I met some really good friends while participating in it. I also got to meet and make connections with other participants. My favorite memories are when people who have never met me or have seen me as intimidating come into the stream and have a great time. They learn about me, I learn a bit about them, and then we have tacos later to commemorate our newfound friendship 😄
I truly enjoyed participating in the REALITY event club! I was unsure how it would go at first but the prioritized placement allowed me to reach many more people than I usually would be able to! I felt safe to find messages in the sphere, Interpret them, and share them with others as well because I knew it was approved by REALITY staff! Several people found deep significantly personal meanings and messages from the images that were revealed during these events club streams! After that, just do some editing as you like in the resulting picture using tools like Canva or Ibis Paint and you’re set to send your thumbnail!
Please don’t forget that the Event Club thumbnails need to be 512x512 pixels, or they might be slightly adjusted by the staff too!

Points to take care of when joining the Event Club:
Projects that use Company brands (names or pictures) will not be accepted
Projects that make use of third-party names or pictures will not be accepted
Projects that require “entry fees” to be held will not be accepted
Projects that involve pulling the gacha or giving out gacha tickets will not be accepted
Projects that break REALITY’s Terms of Service will not be accepted
Please note that the Thumbnail must be 512x512 pixel
Please note that projects outside of the time limit proposed will not be accepted
