"CAFE:MONOCHROME", located about 8 minutes walk from JR Shibuya Station, is completely black and white, both inside and on the menu.The idea has its roots in the fact that one of the owners is a movie buff, and that the beginning of cinema was black and white movies. It seems that there is.
