時定高校を中心とした不条理な「日常」を題材にしたシュールな作風の漫画で、登場人物の多くが非常に個性的、かつ変わった言動を繰り返し、奇想天外な出来事の続発に翻弄されるのが基調。ストーリー（ショートギャグ）漫画版・4コマ漫画版の双方が存在する。登場人物の姓に群馬県内の実在の地名が多数用いられ、群馬県ローカルな名物の一つ「上毛かるた」が作中に登場するなど、群馬出身の作者らしいご当地ネタも多い。
