Atsushi Horie (Straightener), who saw this work earlier, said of Kojima, ``In the music video, Kojima is known for his skill in editing, but this work focuses on the acting of the actors, and through the acting that can be seen as changes in facial expressions, I am drawn to the disturbing atmosphere in which the situation is pursued in an unexpected direction.''

本作をひと足先に鑑賞したホリエアツシ（ストレイテナー）は、小嶋について「MVではグラフィックやエディットの妙で手腕を振るう氏ですが、今作は俳優陣の芝居に注視、表情の変化と台詞回しによって、思わぬ方へ事情が拗れていく不穏な空気感に、引きつけられます」とつづる。酒井善三は「突飛な映像的無茶や個性に走るのでもなく、律儀な文体でもって、一見ミニマルでありながら、ルールの些細な一点から、よくぞここまでサスペンスの展開が作れるなと仰天する。その才能が羨ましい」と称賛した。
