What I experienced in just one day when I went to America.
＞I had bought a ticket in advance, but the limited express train was canceled, but I couldn't get a refund.
＞I was wondering if I should buy a ticket at the counter, and a man in the line behind me looked on his smartphone and told me that the train service was suspended, but none of the station staff knew.
＞On the long-distance train I took, the automatic announcement announcing the arrival station was always one station off.
