The latest research has convinced me! The power of oriental medicine. The surprising science of acupressure points, acupuncture, and herbal medicine

My first encounter with acupuncture was due to lower back pain about 20 years ago. After that, there were times when I developed a gynecological illness or a cough so bad that I couldn't sleep, and Chinese herbal medicine came to my aid. However, to be honest, I have been asking myself questions such as ``Why did acupuncture help me feel better?'' and ``How can the roots and skins of plants help me?'' .

In fact, it seems that for a long time there were many unknowns about the way in which Oriental medicine works, both in the medical field and in research. It is only recently that this trend has changed dramatically.

Yesterday I went to Dragon Shokudo in Yokkaichi.

I love homemade spring rolls (homemade?! Amazing...) and cold eggplant dishes.

Both the spring rolls and eggplant were so delicious that even I, who doesn't like them, ended up ordering a second helping.

Too genius. . .
