Even when listening to it now, one's attention is paid to its opposition and high degree of perfection, and the 8th album ``The King Of Limbs'', released in 2011, attempts to radically reform Radiohead's sound structure. The sound of this work, which is fundamentally different from the way they have created previous albums, is created by looping pre-recorded performances by each member.

トム・ヨークは、今年1月にジョニー・グリーンウッド、そしてトム・スキナー(ハロー・スキニー、サンズ・オブ・ケメット)とのバンド、ザ・スマイルとして、2枚目のアルバム『Wall of Eyes』をリリースすると、なんと10月には3枚目のアルバム『Cutouts』をリリース。その間には、ソロ最新作である、ルカ・グァダニーノ監督が2018年に手掛けた『Suspiria』のリメイク版のオリジナル・サウンドトラックに続くサウンドトラック作品『Confidenza』をリリースし、さらには11月に日本で全10公演にも及ぶ初の大型ソロ・ジャパン・ツアーを敢行。精力的な活動を続ける彼がこれまで携わってきた作品の多くが、今回の来日に合わせて再発されている。レディオヘッドは、全アルバムが日本語帯付きLP、そして『The King of Limbs』は、高音質UHQCDの国内盤CDでも12月20日に発売。同日には、レディオヘッドのトム・ヨーク、レッチリのフリーらによるスーパー・バンド、アトムス・フォー・ピースによるアルバム『AMOK』の日本語帯付きLPも販売される。トム・ヨークソロ作品は、『The Eraser』『Tomorrow’s Modern Boxes』『Suspiria (Music for the Luca Guadagnino Film)』
