突如視界が暗くなった
物凄い竜巻が、奴隷商人のキャラバンを巻き上げる
私はただ吹き飛ばされない様に、地面に伏せた
――――竜だ
赤い竜がそこに立っていた。
竜は私の方を見た気がした
私は死ぬのか
生きるのを諦めた身体は、怖いという気持ちも起きなかった
竜はどこかを指し示した
すすめ。
すすみつづけろ。
まるでそう言っているかのように。
後ろから轟音が聞こえた。
獰猛な砂竜が巻きあがっていた商人を喰らっていく
自然と私は走り出した
何処にまだ、生きようと思う力が残っていたのか
何故まだ、足掻こうと思ってしまうのか
竜の指し示す方向を、只々、ひたすらに走り出す
この先にあるのは、
また地獄だとしても
只々ひたすら、走り出す。
希望がほんの一握りでも見える限り
私は進み続けられる
そう言っているかのように
そう知っているかのように
赫い砂漠の王は笑っていた
Suddenly the vision went dark.
A tremendous tornado whipped up the slaver's caravan.
