Foreign workers

Accepting immigrants is one option, but I hope it doesn't end up like Japan.
In Japan, foreign workers are often subjected to discrimination!
They let in a lot of people when they're needed, and when they're no longer needed, they're cut off.
"You don't need to be here, go back to your country." Thousands, tens of thousands of foreigners have been told that.
Remember the time of the Lehman Shock.
A similar phenomenon is occurring during the COVID-19 pandemic.
We foreign workers, especially temporary workers, are treated the same as paper cups. Specifically, we are exploited while we're needed, and when we're no longer needed, we're thrown away like trash.
We're like monkeys who jumped out of an unknown jungle, in other words, "inferior creatures." That's how we tend to be seen. Our knowledge and intelligence are insulted, and people say things like, "You can't rely on what foreigners have to say," and "There's no way foreigners will change that," and they don't try to listen to what we have to say.
For example, if a machine breaks down and we point out the cause or tell them where it is broken, it goes in one ear and out the other. They fiddle around with it, look into it, and finally find out that it is as we said. The Japanese people don't admit it, but it happens again and again. Unfortunately, no matter how many times it happens, the Japanese people refuse to admit it.
It's the same as when a child asks you something and you say, "You won't understand anyway." You belittle and deny the child's intelligence and ability to understand. They are the ones who don't understand it the most, children are not stupid. The fact is that children today are much (twice) more intelligent than children of their generation, and have dozens of times more understanding and intelligence. In the first place, there is no such thing as a born idiot, parents and the adults around them raise children to be stupid.
We foreign workers work hard, pay taxes, consume, keep the economy going, and contribute to society, but when we lose our jobs, we are treated as just garbage and a nuisance.
There is one thing I must say here.
Tourists, celebrities, and famous people are given special treatment. On the one hand, there is a sense of "we want to show them hospitality and make a good impression" and "we want them to come again." However, we foreign workers live in an environment where we are easily exposed to discrimination, especially in the workplace, which is an environment where discrimination is easily manifested. It is important for people to understand that the Japan seen by the former and the latter are completely different.
I sincerely hope that the same thing does not happen in Ukraine.
