Round toss

If you leave it all to a third party, you can't complain no matter what the outcome is. The reason is that at that point, you are expressing your will to give up your right to complain and your right to express your opinion.
Maintain indifference, refuse and reject discussion. Continue to avoid reality and turn a blind eye. These actions are equivalent to leaving it all to a third party. As a result, even if the outcome is the one you least wanted, you cannot complain. Since you have given up that right yourself, you can only think, "You brought it on yourself," or "What's the big deal now?".
For example, young people have very little interest in politics. When someone starts talking about politics, they say, "That's a problem, so let's not talk about it here," or block them on social media. In this way, they remain indifferent and refuse to discuss. So let's ask, why do politicians only do policies for the elderly? The answer is very simple. Young people don't vote, they have no interest in it in the first place. In short, there is no point in implementing policies because they don't get votes. Therefore, even if young people complain that politicians only listen to the voices of the elderly, it is meaningless.
The same goes for the issue of a final disposal site for radioactive waste. Why isn't it moving forward? Because people refuse to discuss it. "It's no good here," "Don't build it near our houses," so where should we build it? "I don't know!", "It's no good here anyway." In the end, they just leave it to a third party. They don't talk, they don't try to listen, they just refuse because they don't like it, they try to keep it away because they're scared. They don't think at all about how to solve the problem, they try to unilaterally impose their own selfish convenience, and leave the solution to someone they don't know.
And there's another easy-to-understand example.
For example, an apartment building is going to be built in the neighborhood. The surrounding residents oppose it. "It's no good because it will ruin the scenery," "It's no good here anyway." And so they refuse to discuss it. As a result, the apartment building is built despite the residents' opposition. Why? Because they left it to a third party, that is, the company that is planning to build the apartment building.
They should have had a proper discussion and calmly said something like, "This is what we're being told, so please put it further back and plant a tree in front so it's not too conspicuous," or "I'll show you some good land further away, so would you like to take a look at it?" Instead, they didn't think about it and just went ahead with the opposite, and as a result, unwanted apartment buildings were built.
In this way, people remain indifferent, refuse and reject discussion, look away, and avoid reality. They treat it as someone else's problem and refuse to think about it. They should be aware that such actions lead to dumping the problem on a third party. And that it also means giving up your right to complain and express your opinion of your own free will.
