Renunciation of property inheritance

As some of you may already know, vacant houses have become a social problem in Japan. Many of them have been abandoned.
There are many vacant houses that have been neglected for many years and are in a dangerous state throughout the country. I think that local governments or governments should take responsibility for dismantling such hazardous materials, but the current situation is that no one wants to take responsibility.
There are cases where they are evading responsibility by saying, "You can't enter other people's land without permission or tamper with it without permission," and they are only evading responsibility, such as saying funny things such as "I don't know what I own or I can't get my hands on." In addition, there are malicious cases in which the spouse is identified from the family register of the former owner, and even though the inheritance has been abandoned, the spouse threatens to "have a supervisory responsibility, and if you do not take measures, you will have to consider legal action" and try to rub the blame.

• Renunciation of inheritance means the elimination of all rights to the property, of course, if there are no rights, there are no obligations and responsibilities, and the reality is that they cannot and cannot exist. ＊

• Let's think about it calmly. It is contradictory to have an obligation or responsibility for something to which you have no right such as ownership. If the local government says, "You can't enter someone else's land without permission," then of course the spouse is the same. Since I abandoned it, it is no longer my own, so I can't enter or play with it without permission. ＊

• At the time of renunciation, the ownership is extinguished (destroyed), so the owner, right holder, etc. cease to exist. I hope you understand how "owner unknown" is an evasion. There are virtually no owners at all. ＊
  Abandoned land and property are automatically transferred to the state, and it is the responsibility of the government to reuse it if possible, and if it is not possible, there may be no effective solution other than demolition.
  I don't want to inherit debts, I can't pay for demolition, I can't pay for repairs, I don't want to be in debt that I can't pay for the rest of my life, and I don't want to let my children take over in the end. We recognize that these reasons are sufficient and valid grounds for renunciation of inheritance. On the other hand, it is an honest feeling to say that it is irresponsible, sometimes extremely malicious, to renounce inheritance for reasons such as "it is troublesome", "it will not make money anyway", "it has nothing to do with me", etc.
