【インターン日報2020年7月★和田】メディア様から連絡をいただきました！

こんにちは。広報とBAR事業に主に携わっている長期インターン生の和田です。
最近は雨ばかりなのでもっと晴れてほしいです。僕は日報や資料作成などがあるときは公園で作業したりします。気分が晴れておすすめなのでみなさんお試しください。

Hello. I'm Wada, a long-term intern mainly involved in public relations and the bar business.
It's been raining a lot lately, so I'm hoping for more sunshine. Whenever I'm working on my daily report or documents, I enjoy working in the park. It's a great way to feel refreshed, so please give it a try.

今日の担当プロジェクトはこの2つ
These are the two projects I'm working on today

本日はアドレカレッジ（ADOREcollege）の広報業務とBAR事業の準備を行いました。
広報業務では始まったばかりのアドレカレッジ（ADOREcollege）をメディアに取材してもらいアーリーアダプターを取り込もうというものです。
BAR事業は当社オフィスにあるBARスペースを使ってお昼にランチメニューを売るという事業です。
最近はゴーストレストランのようなものも流行っているのでとにかく早く売っていきたいです。

Today, we have been preparing for the public relations and bar project of ADORE college.
The PR work is to get media coverage of ADORE college, which just started, and to attract early adopters.
The bar business is a business that sells lunch menu at our office.
Recently, ghost restaurants are becoming popular, so we want to sell them as soon as possible.

社会人と学生の差はどこにある？
What's the difference between working people and students?

本日は株式会社JOI様の代表取締役の方とのオンラインディスカッションを行いました。
株式会社JOI様はキャリアに関するwebメディアを運営していて、メディアアタックの返信をいただけたので、今回お話しさせていただきました。

相手は代表取締役ということで緊張もありましたが、当社の取締役にもディスカッションに入っていただき平常運転で開始しました。ところがどっこい相手の質問が良く理解できず返答に詰まってしまうところが多々ありました。（汗）

そして、途中からはほとんど取締役がやり取りをするという「自分居る意味ある？」状態に陥ってしまいました。社会人になったらそれは許されないので、あくまで自分ひとり成り立たせる意欲をもって挑まなければと反省しました。
どうやら、あらかじめQ&Aを作っておくと良いみたいなので次回からは作成していこうと思います。

Today we had an online discussion with the president of JOI Corporation.
JOI Co., Ltd. runs a web media company about careers and they responded to our media attack, so we had a chance to talk with them.

I was a bit nervous because the person I was speaking with was the CEO of the company, but our board members joined the discussion and we started off as normal. However, there were many times when I couldn't understand their questions and was stuck for answers. (Sweat)

And in the middle of the process, it's mostly directors interacting with each other, "What's the point of being there? I fell into a state. It is not allowed to do so when I become a member of society, so I have to have the will to make it happen by myself.
I think it's good to make a Q&A beforehand, so I'll make one next time.

本日を振り返って得たもの
What I got out of today in retrospect

ということで本日はオンラインディスカッションとそれに付随する資料作りを中心に行いました。今回は初めてメディア様に返信をいただけたこともあり、喜んでいましたが、返信を貰うことがゴールじゃないと再認識しました。興味を持ってもらうのはあくまで最初の一歩にすぎず、、、大事なのはそのあとです。
常に目的と手段をごっちゃにしないよう意識していきたいです。
また、BAR事業を日中進められなかったので業務終了後佐久間代表に手伝ってもらいながら進めていきました。飲食の開店準備（？）は本当に何をしていいか分からず手探り状態ですがメニュー開発もしっかり行って楽しく進めていきます。

So today we focused on the online discussion and the creation of the materials that go with it. It was the first time I received a reply from the media, and I was happy about it, but I realized again that getting a reply is not the goal.
Getting people interested in our project is just the first step.
I would like to keep in mind not to make a mess of the goal and the means. Also, I couldn't work on the bar business during the day, so I asked Mr. Sakuma to help me after work.
Preparation for the opening of the restaurant We don't really know what to do with it, but we're going to develop the menu and have fun doing it.
