過激（？）なタイトルですいません。長期インターン生の和田です。
タイトル見て心配された方、ご安心ください喜んでやっているので僕は無事です。
ということで、雇われ店長を始める僕の本日の日報です。

Extreme (?) Sorry for the title. I'm Wada, a long-term intern.
For those of you who were worried when you saw the title, please don't worry, I'm happy to do it and I'm safe.
So here's my daily report for today as I start my new job as a hired manager.

今日は自分の担当プロジェクトである代官山プロジェクトとADORE collegeの広報とBARのランチ企画を進めました。
代官山プロジェクトはInstagramを通して代官山を勝手に宣伝しています。
週2回コツコツ投稿しています。
ADORE college広報に関しては本日は以前メールを送ったメディアに電話を入れました。広報って結構地味な作業の積み重ねです。
BARのランチ企画は、売上予想PLを作成しているのですが、なかなか伝わりやすいものができません。
本日は佐久間代表に時間をかけて教えていただきました。

Today, I've been working on the publicity for my own project, the Daikanyama Project and ADORE college, as well as planning a lunch at the bar.
I've been promoting Daikanyama Project through Instagram.
We are posting on Instagram twice a week.
As for ADORE college's PR, we called the media we've sent an email to today. Public relations is a pretty simple process.
We've been working on the sales projections for the Bar's lunch project, but it's hard to create a plan that is easy to communicate.
Today, we asked Representative Sakuma to take the time to teach us how to do it.

できない自分と伸びしろだらけの自分
I can't do it and I'm full of growth

本日は自分の未熟さを再認識する日でした。
というのも、PLを修正するのが2回目なのですが、全く分かりやすくも関数もできていなかったからです。
早く資材を仕入れて動き始めたいところです。
PLに関しては、今は勉強する方法がたくさんあるので、まずはネットで学びたいと思います。これが完璧に作れるようになった自分を想像するとわくわくします。
確かに、僕はまだまだ何もできない未熟者ですが、これを書いているとき僕の中の本田圭佑が言いました。
「伸びしろですね！」と。
できない自分と伸びしろがある自分は紙一重で、成長したいと思えばむしろ活力になっていきます。

Today was a day to reaffirm my immaturity.
This is because this is the second time I've modified PL and it wasn't entirely clear or functional.
I can't wait to stock up on materials and start working.
As for PL, there are many ways to learn it now, so I'd like to learn it online first. It's exciting to imagine myself being able to make this perfectly.
Sure, I'm still a work in progress, but as I was writing this, my inner Keisuke Honda said, "I'm a work in progress.
It's a growth spurt! And.
There's a fine line between the self that can't do it and the self that has room to grow, and if you want to grow, it's more energizing.

ということで今日はADORE collegeの広報でのメディアへのアタックとBAR運営のPLを作った日となりました。
広報で気づいたことのまとめとしては・現在在宅ワークが多く電話がほとんどつながらない・おそらく最初は質より量ということです。
また、PLづくりに関しては近道がないことを知りました。今回はあくまで売り上げ予想のPLということでそこまでこだわる必要はありません。
重要なのは実際に売れ始めてからのPLです。佐久間代表に見やすいPLの作り方を時間をいただき教えてもらったので、売れ始めてから改めて作成したいと思います。
今後も一つでも武器を増やせるよう頑張っていきます。

So, today was the day we attacked the media for ADORE college's public relations and made a PL for the bar's management.
To summarize what I noticed in public relations, I've been working from home, and I'm not getting any phone calls, which means that quantity is more important than quality at first.
Also, I learned that there are no shortcuts to creating PLs. In this case, we don't need to be that concerned with PLs for sales projections.
What is important is the PL after actual sales begin. Mr. Sakuma took the time to teach us how to create a PL that is easy to read, so we will create a PL after sales start to increase.
We will continue to do our best to increase the number of weapons in our arsenal.
