STEP1  日本語つぶやき

今日は1時間発音練習するつもりだったのに、ゴロゴロしちゃって全然出来なかった。
もっと自信つけるためには努力も必要だよなぁ

STEP2 自力英訳

I will practice pronounce for 1 hours ,but I couldn’t it because I had  relax time too. 
It is important that doryoku for having confidence… 

STEP3 調べて英訳
 I was planning to practice my pronunciation however, l couldn’t it ,because I sit around at home. 

It is necessary to put in the effort  in order to build more confidence.

sit aroundは「特に何もせずダラダラと過ごす」という意味

It is necessary to have __ in order to do __ . ～のためには～する必要がある。 “In order to” は「するために」という意味。
