症例報告の書き方　簡易ver.

同僚が初めて症例報告を書こうとしていたのでアドバイスしようと思って作りました。論文はハイインパクトな雑誌以外は、所属組織や過去の栄光関係なしにそのまま評価されます。受理されるととても嬉しいです。
少しでもその経験ができるように貢献できたらなと思います。
テンプレートは"論文作成ABC:うまいケースレポート作成のコツ"から要約したものです。

その他注意点

論文管理ソフトを使うこと

Zotero (最近使用中)、Papers (昔使っていた)、Mendeley(偉い人が使っていた)、EndNote(使ってる人多め)など。

英語について

最初に日本語で書いて　DeepL Translator、chat GPT、Grammarly、Gingerなどを使って書く。課金無しで行ける。
・重要機密事項以外の一般的なものはここを通して大丈夫だと思います。
・chat GPTは英文校正では答えが比較的単純なため、力を発揮しますが、医療的な内容の質問では全く信用できません。この英文は正しい？と英語で聞いてあげれば正しそうな英文に修正して返事してくれます。
・DeepL Translatorでは単語をクリックすると言い換えもしてくれるので、自分好みに変換しましょう。
・念のため英文校正は出しますが、校正会社によってはあてになりません。

Author Information

投稿規定をしっかり読み確認する。
著者数、文字数、図表の数、引用文献の数、Abstractの体裁。

ダブルスペースで書く

“Word”ならFormat→Paragraph→SpacingでDoubleを選択する。

Figureについて

画像には
・スケールをいれる。
・見せたいところを強調する。
などあります。“PowerPoint”を使って作っています。
よくつまづくのが、300DPIで保存する方法です。
Macでですが対策として、
“PowerPoint”で画像を作成する。
FileでSave as PDFで保存。
Preview(PDF)で開く。Export→FormatをJPEGにする。
300に設定して保存する。
でいけます。

動画について

最近出した論文では“PowerPoint”で動画を作りました。
iMovieで作る人もいるみたいです。

In this study, we sought to determine the performance of relief pitchers who had pitched the previous day using the Tokyo Baseball database. Propensity score matching was used to compare outcomes between two groups. Our study demonstrated that relay pitchers who had pitched the previous day were more likely to get hits, but their long-term outcomes were comparable to those of pitchers who had not pitched the previous day.

This paper will be presented at the 19th International Meeting on Baseball, taking place on April 1, 20XX, in Chicago, USA. We believe that the findings described in this report will be of special interest to the readers of Journal of Clin Baseball Computer.

This manuscript has not been published or presented elsewhere in part or in entirety and is not under consideration by another journal. The study design was approved by the appropriate ethics review board. The manuscript has been read and approved by all co-authors.
