(Isaiah 10:27) It shall come to pass in that day. That his burden will be taken away from your shoulder, And his yoke from your neck, And the yoke will be destroyed because of the anointing oil. 
(イザヤ10:27) その日、実現する。その重荷はあなたの肩から取り除かれ、そのくびきはあなたの首からはずされる。

Apostle Paul informs us in his first letter to Timothy that ‘do not neglect the gift that is in you, which was given to you by prophecy with the laying on of the hands of the eldership. Meditate on these things; give yourself entirely to them, so that your progress may be evident to all. Take heed to yourself and the doctrine. Continue in them, for in doing this you will save both yourself and those who hear you (1 Timothy 4:14-16)'. Apostle Paul helps us to know that when Timothy got prayed for, he received ‘the gift of God’. You also have the gift of God for all good and perfect gift come from the Holy Ghost (James 1:17). And since you have the Holy Ghost in you, you have "the gift of God in you". Beyond this, the Holy Ghost rubs Himself on you whenever you pray, study the Word of God, or stay in His presence.

To make this gift of God and anointing of God active, Paul told Timothy to meditate on the prophecies that have come to him, He further advised him to give himself to the study and preaching of the Word of God, and to live his life according to the scriptures. Do the same thing so that your anointing would become active. If your anointing is dull, you can’t break yokes (the hard, strenuous, demanding, and difficult situations in life). Apart from meditating on the scriptures, consistent prayer life is also needed to make your anointing active and lively. In prayer, declare that your anointing has become active by the power of the Holy Ghost and in the name of Jesus. Halleluyah! 
この神の賜物、神の油注ぎを活発にするために、パウロはテモテに、自分に下った預言を黙想するように言い、さらに、みことばの研究と説教に専念し、聖句に従って生活するように勧めた。あなたの油注ぎが活発になるように、同じことをしなさい。もしあなたの油注ぎが鈍ければ、あなたはくびき（人生における辛く、激しく、厳しく、困難な状況）を打ち砕くことができない。聖句を黙想することとは別に、一貫した祈りの生活も、あなたの油注ぎを活発で生き生きとしたものにするために必要です。祈りの中で、聖霊の力とイエスの御名によって、あなたの油注ぎが活発になったことを宣言しなさい。ハレルヤ！

Confession: I give myself daily to the study and meditation of the Word of God. I preach the Word of God daily through the Glorious Word Devotional and other avenues, so my anointing will always be active. The anointing of the Holy Ghost on me is a yoke breaking anointing, therefore, every yoke in my life is broken now. Halleluyah!

Say this if you have never been born again. I declare from today that Jesus Christ is my Lord and I believe that God raised Him from the dead.
